The buffet is excellent and the casino is fun but you should spend some of that stuff in Algodones. The pool is wonderful whether you like making laps or just float. Location can't be beat and great parking. Algodones is a blast for a little border town and if you don't want to chance staying south of the border the Quechan Casino Resort is the best. The hotel offers room service, to make your visit even more pleasant. The pool area is beautiful but a little cool to swim in March.Should have gone in the nice hot tub! Casino is nice, well spaced out and not as smokey as you would think. 1 point per 5 coin-in on Slots and 7 on Video Poker. Skip the buffet and eat in the bar on the end. Charge was removed after a little questioning if we ordered accidentally. Makes me wonder if there was movie watching going on instead of cleaning? Don't know but it was the same day. The room was so spacious with wonderful beds and shower. My feeling is that the safe should have been fixed before we checked in. We had unpacked and were tired so we stayed there. There is also two restaurants, a food court, two bars, an event center and a hotel.Should have. We live in Spokane and the mild weather was incredible We had an easy check- in and. We drove down from Phoenix as part of a week- long trip for my birthday.
